NOPE! Wrong age minimum! FRUSTRATING!

As usual with Play-doh "toys" this is impossible for your child to do alone. My daughter got this for her 4th birthday from a friend who 1) has no girls and 2) doesn't use play-doh in her house.

I on the other hand have 4 kids and have learned that play-doh "toys" are usually pointless and impossible to accomplish the advertised results. So, I do not buy the "toy" accessories, just the play-doh.

This is a perfect example.

My daughter (4) and my niece (6) are using this as I am writing this review. They are frustrated and feeling stressed. They so want it to look, even a little, like the pictures and the example video this site has....it is not possible! Heck, even I can not get it to look like they do in the advertisement! The cut out pieces don't even make sense to the child (young child) unless you show them what it is meant to "be" for the dress.

The 4 yr old, JUST turned 4, can not do a single thing with this...she can't screw and unscrew the decorating tips, she can't flatten the doh down enough to make molds correctly and if she could she can't get the molds out without them breaking. The little bows and flowers you can make just end up smooched blobs in the fingers of a young child.

Plus playing with 2 is not fun because they both want to use the big skirt! I mean who wants to decorate the flat, one dimensional body when there is a big standing skirt to have! They don't realize the have to hold the top of the play-doh "ribbon" to keep it from flopping right of while they unsuccessful try to string it down the dress as shown.

And as usual with the play doh "toys" there is never enough play doh! Thankfully I have play-doh!

I only gave this 2 stars because: It was easy to assemble and is sturdy for what it is. Also, because an older child could have more success so long as they have patience and understand it can never look like they show!

waste of money for a child under 6 unless your child doesn't care one bit if they can actually do any of what it says they can. Then the can just smooth doh all over it and therefor Enjoy! My daughter is precise and type A so she has expectations based on what it says she can do!

- Once the dresses have been design each princess can be placed, and spun on the stage
- Two stands are included for use when the princess are not on the spinning stage
